BASIC STATISTICS USING R 

Statistika merupakan ilmu yang mempelajari tentang bagaimana mengumpulkan, menata, mengolah, menganalisa dan menyajikan data menjadi sebuah informasi untuk mengambil suatu keputusan yang efektif. Dala kehidupan sehari hari statistika memiliki manfaat diantaranya menggambarkan suatu keadaan baik secara umum maupun khusus, memperoleh gambaran tentang perkembangan suatu hal dari waktu ke waktu, mengetahui perbandingan (membandingkan), menguji perbedaan dan mencari hubungan antara gejala yang satu dengan lainnya, menjadi dasar atau pedoman dalam menarik kesimpulan, mengambil keputusan, serta memperkirakan terjadinya sesuatu hal atas dasar bahan-bahan keterangan (data) yang telah berhasil dihimpun. 

Pada course ini kita akan melakukan analisis statistik menggunakan software R Studio mulai dari level yang paling dasar. R Studio merupakan salah satu software statistik dan data science yang memiliki berbagai macam keunggulan di dalamnya. Pertama, R Studio berlisensi gratis sehingga Anda bebas menggunakannya sampai kapanpun secara legal. Kedua, memiliki banyak paket (package) pengolahan data dan selalu update sehingga Anda dapat menemukan hampir semua metode analisis apapun mulai dari yang terdahulu sampai yang terbaru. Ketiga, visualisasi grafik yang sangat canggih dan tidak kalah dari software lainnya. Saat ini R studio banyak diterapkan pada berbagai sektor Industri terutama untuk hal-hal yang membutuhkan analisis data.
